by Lance Hawley

Hope, Ar – The Bobcats saw their 10 point lead after 3 quarters of play shrink to 4 points early in the 4th quarter. A well-used timeout sparked a Bobcats run that extended the lead back to double-digits. In a game that was 35-30 at halftime, the Bobcats tenacious defense held the Leopards to just 7 total points in the 3rd quarter, allowing their lead to extend to 47-37 to begin the final quarter. Triston Young (22) and Issac Love (20) scorched the nets for 42 combined points. Draelon Williams poured in 11 points as the Bobcats pulled away late in the 4th to secure a much needed conference win. Manny Hernandez led the Leopards with 23 points.

The Bobcats are back in action hosting Arkadelphia Tuesday night.
