Making separate joint announcements over the past 24 hours, CHRISTUS Trinity and the Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce said an official groundbreaking ceremony for the new CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic Family Medicine – Hope facility, which was set for this Thursday (January 31) has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
The ceremony is still set to be located at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Peck Circle and Julia Street in Hope, according to a release Tuesday morning by CHRISTUS Trinity. For locals in Hope, the new facility site will be near Chicken Express, which itself went up and opened for business in the past 12 months.
The new clinic will house the Family Medical Practice of W. Brent Bennett M.D., Allyson Hanson M.D., Devin Shepard NP, and their staff.
In an official statement from CHRISTUS, the organization said “The Family Medicine Clinic is moving and expanding, and we invite local leaders, members of the community, patients and their families to join us for this historic kickoff event.”
