Credit/Debit Payment Function Temporarily Unavailable at HWL Kiosk


The Kiosk at HWL is back in full operation. The manufacturer has fixed the software issue and you are able to use your credit/debit card again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but out of an abundance of safety, we felt that it was necessary to disable this function until they fixed their issue. The credit/debit card payment function at the kiosk is temporarily unavailable due to a software issue caused by the manufacturer.

You can still make payments at the kiosk using checks or cash. They have assured us this issue will be corrected within 48 hours. If you would like to make a payment using your credit/debit card you can call our automated phone system at 844-201-7202, go online to and choose the link for smarthub, or from your mobile device using the smarthub app.

Please do not use your credit/debit card at the kiosk until further notice.
