On September 17, 2018 at approximately 11 a.m., officers of the Hope Police Department and the 8th North Task Force arrested Arlyss Allen, 25, of Hope with an arrest warrant for Delivery of Methamphetamine. Allen was arrested in the Hempstead County Courthouse and taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility where he was jailed and held for a first appearance.
