Freezing Temps Expected Halloween Night

Heavy rains that saturated the area Tuesday and Wednesday will be moving out Halloween morning as arctic air moves south into the region, making for clear skies and dry weather for all the Halloween activities. But, with the sunshine is coming colder weather, including subfreezing temperatures Halloween night.

Temperatures are predicted to get close to freezing in the early morning hours before reaching a high of 50° Halloween day. Halloween night will see the mercury drop as temperatures drop into the high 20’s late Thursday night/early Friday morning.

Temperatures are expected to stay cool through the weekend, though not as cold as Halloween day. High temperatures in the 50’s are expected each day with clear skies and nighttime temperatures in the 30’s.

Starting Monday, temperatures are expected warm up a little, with forecasts calling for them too hit the lower 60’s in the day with nightly temperatures around 50°. Close to a 50% chance of more rain is forecast for through next week.
