Hempstead County Courthouse and trash collection schedule for Presidents Day

Hempstead County Courthouse, Road, and Waste Department will be closed Monday, February 20, 2023 to observe Presidents’ Day.  Will resume regular working hours Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Hempstead County trash collection for Monday, February 20, 2023 and Tuesday, February 21, 2023 will be collected on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.  Please have it out by 7:00 AM.
