Hempstead County Library’s 7th Annual Costume Contest to be Held October 31

The Hempstead County Library will host their 7th Annual Costume Contest on October 31 at the Library. The contest will begin at 9am and continue until the library closes at 5pm. A picture of each contestant will be taken and will be judged the following day by Hempstead County Treasurer, Judy Flowers. Age groups are: 0-2yrs, 3-5yrs, 6-8yrs, 9-12yrs.
