Hope High School “Students of the Month” for September were named Monday, including senior Antwone Casteel, junior Britney Alvarado-Frayre, sophomore K’aijah Harris, and fresman Shakira Arnett. Students of the month are sponsored by McDonalds of Hope and the HHS National Honor Society, and are chosen based upon teacher nominations. HHS social studies teacher Jill Self is the faculty sponsor. Each student received a certificate from HHS and a gift certificate redeemable at McDonalds. (Contributed photo)
