Thursday, November 4, 2021, Hope, Arkansas, The Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce has planned a full lineup of fun for the upcoming Christmas season.
As in years past, businesses will decorate their windows in the theme of the season. The 2021 theme is A Christmas Story.
