Smeasia Jackson, 20, of Hope, AR
Jackson was charged with criminal mischief in the first degree and theft of property. The original incident occurred on November 23, 2018 in the 2200 block of Bill Clinton Dr. (The Peaks Apartments) at 1400 hours.
