1:16 a.m. Dekarrein Brown, 20, and a 16-year-old male juvenile, both of Hope, AR, were both charged with possession of a controlled substance in the 400 block of W. 2nd St.
- The juvenile was charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).
- Mr. Brown was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).
10:35 p.m. Don’te Nixon, 21, of Prescott, AR was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage at Walmart in the 2400 block of N. Hervey St.
Friday, December 28
9:15 a.m. Joseph Rosado, 36, of Hope, AR was arrested in the 600 block of W. Ave B and charged with obstructing government operations, careless and prohibited driving, no driver’s license, and served with a failure to appear and a failure to comply warrant.
9:07 p.m. Tara Fellows, 30, of Hope, AR, was arrested in the 1700 block of N. Bell St. and charged with battery in the second degree.

5:11 a.m. Kayla Muldrew, 30, of Hope, AR, was arrested in the 700 block of W. Greenwood St. and charged with driving while intoxicated and served with a failure to comply warrant.
1:01 p.m. Ernest Flowers, 32, and Christopher Weston, 39, both of Hope, AR, were arrested in the 1300 block of N. Walker St.
- Mr. Flowers was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), driving on a suspended driver’s license and careless and prohibited driving.
- Mr. Weston was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and drinking on the highway.

5:39 a.m. Denise Waston, 20, of Mineral Springs, AR, and Erica Merrell, 30, of Nashville, AR, were both arrested at Rainbow of Challenges in the 100 block of S. Elm St. and charged with theft of property.

8:00 a.m. Justin Gatlin, 28, of Prescott, AR, was charged with criminal mischief in the first degree in the 2600 block of San Fernando Rd.
8:29 p.m. Toy Haynes, 24, of Hope, AR, was charged with criminal trespass at Walmart in the 2400 block of N. Hervey St.
9:03 p.m. D’Aundre Monk, 22, of Hope, AR, was arrested in the 1600 block of E. Greenwood St. and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, refusal to submit, expired tags, no proof of insurance, drinking on a highway, driving on a suspended driver’s license, and served with a failure to comply warrant.

12:01 a.m. Pesuchukma Johnson, 41, of Hope, AR, was arrested at the Rowdy Moose in the 2500 block of N. Hazel St. and charged with public intoxication.
12:46 a.m. Leonard Hundley, 55, of Hope, AR, was arrested in the 600 block of N. Walker St. and charged with driving while intoxicated.
5:30 p.m. Elaine Arnold, 59, of Sparkman, AR, was arrested in the 900 block of Jones St. and charged with terroristic threatening in the first degree.
5:38 p.m. Jada Sims, 20, and Larissa Johnson, 19, of Hope, AR, were both arrested at Sheba’s Restaurant in the 1000 block of N. Hervey St. and charged with domestic battery in the third degree, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Ms. Sims was also served with a failure to comply warrant.
6:58 p.m. Betty Sanford, 65, of Lewisville, AR, was charged with theft of property at Sheltered Workshop in the 100 block of S. Elm St.
10:03 p.m. Keshawn Jefferson, 20, of Hope, AR, was arrested in the 100 block of Louisiana St. and charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest, fleeing on foot, and served with foreign warrant service.
