Mr. Moody was arrested and charged with public intoxication and served with a failure to appear warrant.

S – Justin Easter, 28, of Hope, AR
Mr. Easter was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), driving on a suspended driver’s license, and no proof of insurance.

S – Michael Cox, 33, of Hope, AR
On February 14, 2019, at approximately 3 p.m., officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Michael Cox, 33, of Hope, AR and charged him with fleeing on foot, possession with the purpose to deliver methamphetamine, theft by receiving, and served him with a failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 1400 block of North Greening Street in Hope. Cox was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Mr. Farris was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit, and failure to obey a stop sign.
S – Allen Moore, 39, of Hope, AR
On February 16, 2019 at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Hope Police Department arrested charged Allen Moore, 39, of Hope, Ar with residential burglary and served him with a failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of East 3rd Street, in Hope. Moore was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility where he was held for a first appearance.

On February 17, 2019 at approximately 6pm, Craig Jones, 18, of Hope, Ar. was arrested and charged with residential Burglary. The arrest occurred in the 300 block South Washington Street, in Hope. Mr. Jones was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

S – Juvenile, Female, 16, of Hope, AR
The juvenile was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

S – John Holston-Frierson, 32, of Hope, AR
S – Jamaal Loudermill, 31, of Hope, AR
On February 18, 2019, at approximately 3 p.m., officers of the Hope Police Department arrested John Holston-Frierson, 32, of Hope, and Jamaal Loudermill, 31, of Hope, from a residence in the 500 block of East Hayward Street, in Hope. Mr. Frierson was charged with resisting arrest, fleeing on foot, possession with the purpose to deliver methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of a controlled substance near certain facilities, and served with two failure to appear warrants. Mr. Loudermill was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing government operations. Both Holston-Frierson and Loudermil were transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Mr. Smith was arrested and charged with five counts of forgery in the second degree. The original incident occurred on December 13th, 2018 in the 1700 block of E. 3rd St. (Save-A-Lot).

Ms. Williams was arrested and charged with assault on a family or household member in the third degree. The original incident occurred on February 6th, 2019 in the 100 block of N. Hervey St. (Wendy’s) at 10:49 p.m.
S – Juvenile, Male, 12, of Hope, AR
The juvenile was charged with theft of property. The original incident occurred on January 23rd, 2019 in 400 block of Moses St. at 6:00 a.m.

Ms. Washington was charged with battery in the third degree. The original incident occurred on February 1st, 2019 in the 2500 block of Highway 73 East (Tyson Hatchery) at 5:16 a.m.
