HOPE – A parent/stakeholder initiative begun in November by the Hope Public School District will resume work March 7 at Hope High School.
The “Parent Ambassadors” working group will meet in the HHS cafeteria at 6 p.m. The working group is an initiative of the Hope Public Schools Board and district administration to expand parental and stakeholder involvement in the public schools.
HPSD Superintendent Dr. Bobby Hart said the group is designed to expand as original members invite new participants and they, in turn, will bring other participants to the March 7 session. Hart said the working group allows the School Board and administration to showcase academic and planning initiatives that Parent Ambassadors can take into the community.
