April 9, 2026 ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — Arkansas State Police (ASP) Special Agents, working in partnership with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), arrested Oran Tobias Taylor, 27, of Arkadelphia, Friday, April 3, 2026, following the execution of a search warrant in the 600 block of Military Road in Arkadelphia.Troopers transported Taylor  to the Clark County Detention Center where he is charged with 10 counts of Engaging a Minor in Sexually Explicit Conduct for Use in Visual or Print Medium.Additional charges may be filed pending the results of the ongoing investigation.
