December 11, 2023 ENGLAND -- A 22-year-old has been arrested for the July murder of a Pulaski County man. England Police Department asked Arkansas State Police (ASP) to investigate the shooting death of 34-year-old Justin Williams and two other individuals who were shot at the corner of South Main and Nichols streets in England on July 1, 2023.  On Saturday, December 9, 2023, ASP Criminal Investigation Division (CID), England Police Department (EPD) and the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office took the suspect into custody at a Southwest 1st Street residence in England. Tamarous Dodson, 22, of England was charged with First-Degree Murder in the death of Williams and First-Degree Battery in the shooting of Dijonnase Shavers. He was transported to the Lonoke County Detention Center.
