November 14, 2025 LONOKE, Ark. — On November 13, 2025, at approximately 12:45 p.m., Arkansas State Police (ASP) Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a black Toyota Tundra near the 175-mile marker on Interstate 40 for a traffic violation.During the search of the vehicle, Troopers discovered 258 pounds of illegal marijuana and 60 pounds of THC products.The driver, Micah Jason Hogue, 49, of Reno, Nevada, was arrested and transported to the Lonoke County Detention Center, where he was booked on charges of felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.
