The Bears got behind early on, trailing 14-9 after the opening quarter, and the Outlaws extended that lead to 28-15 at the break, as Spring Hill was struggling to get buckets early on. Spring Hill won the third quarter 10-9, but wasn't enough to swing the momentum in their favor, as they would drop the game 56-40.
Karson Hamilton led the Bears with 10 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. Jackson Putz poured in 9 points and led the Bears in assists with 4, while adding 4 steals on defense. Mason Moore and Maddux Dickson each scored 8 points and grabbed multiple rebounds for Spring Hill. Reed Fisher scored 3 points and Jaxon Smith scored 2 to round out the Spring Hill offense.
The Bears are now 3-2 in league play and are back in action Friday as they host Cutter-Morning Star in a big conference home game.
