Brandon Walker Named Prescott Head Basketball Coach
Prescott- Prescott has a new leader on the hardwood—and he’s no stranger to the program. Brandon Walker, a passionate and determined coach with deep local roots, has been named the new head coach of the Prescott Curley Wolves basketball team.

Walker has spent the past two seasons guiding the junior high program, where he brought energy and discipline that he now plans to elevate to the varsity level. The Curley Wolves are coming off an impressive Elite Eight appearance in the 3A state tournament and are poised for further growth under his leadership.

“I’m extremely excited. I’ve worked hard for this opportunity,” said Walker. “I love Prescott—I’m from here—and I want this basketball program to get back to where it used to be, showcasing athletes who can perform at the highest levels.”

A former multi-sport athlete for the Curley Wolves, Walker knows firsthand what it takes to compete and lead. He is a proud graduate of Prescott High School and Henderson State University. His return as head coach represents a full-circle moment and a strategic step forward for the program.

“The numbers are up, and that’s something I’m really excited about,” Walker said. “We’re going to work hard, and through that hard work, we’ll see consistent growth in this program.”

With Coach Walker at the helm, the future is bright for Prescott basketball. His energy, experience, and hometown pride make him an ideal choice to guide the next generation of Curley Wolves.
