As part of the milestone celebration, Cablelynx revealed its updated office, featuring crisp new paint, refreshed workspaces, and best of all amazing team members who are ready and eager to serve local customers. Community members filled the lobby and enjoyed refreshments while visiting with staff and showing their support for the long-standing local business.
Hope Mayor Don Still welcomed attendees and spoke about Cablelynx’s long-standing commitment to the city. “We’re always grateful when a business chooses to invest in Hope, and Cablelynx has been doing that for 60 years,” Mayor Still said. “Their commitment to improving their services, updating their facilities, and hiring local people shows they believe in this community. We welcome their continued investment and appreciate the role they play in keeping Hope moving forward.”
Laurie Ringler, Director of Marketing, followed with remarks about the company’s milestone. “We couldn’t be in business for 60 years without the support of this community,” Ringler said. “We continue to reinvest and employ people from right here in Hope, and that’s really important to us. Thank y’all for coming out today, we truly look forward to being here at least 60 more years.”
She added with a smile, “I’ve been with the company 17 years now, and it’s crazy to think about. You watch kids grow up, you remember when some of them weren’t even born ye and now my own daughter is about to graduate. Time flies when you’ve been part of something this long.”
Mayor Still responded, noting that customer care is the backbone of enduring success. “I know customer service is the most important thing to your customers, and we appreciate y’all being in business,” he said. “You wouldn’t have lasted 60 years without taking care of people.”
Ringler nodded in agreement. “That’s right, it’s the most important part of this business.”
