Washington, D.C. — Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas), the incoming Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, today named Ryan Tully Staff Director for the committee. Tully has previously served as Senator Cotton’s staff designee on the Intelligence Committee.
