The Election Commission has certified the March 3rd Primary results, and the totals for the Circuit Clerk's race remain tied between Gail Wolfenbarger and Becky Hood. A run-off for the Secretary of State's and the Circuit Clerk's race will be held.  Early voting will be at the Hempstead County Courthouse from 8:00-4:00 starting Tuesday, March 24th through Friday, March 27th and Monday, March 30th. Election day will be Tuesday, March 31st 7:30-7:30. All vote centers across the county will be open again.
