The defense made the necessary stops and they got out in transition to get some buckets, leading to a great offensive night for the Dragons.
Gavin Mudford and Peyton Hicks combined for 54 points, as Mudford scored 28 points and had five steals. Hicks had himself a monster double-double with 26 points and 19 boards. Hicks also had five assists and three blocks. Colten Gideon scored 11 points and dished out a pair of assists. Trent Lach scored eight and Jackson Thornsberry scored four and grabbed six rebounds.
Genoa Central will play Centerpoint for the District Championship at 7pm tonight following the girls game.
