Hempstead County Courthouse, Road, and Waste Department will be closed Monday, May 29, 2023 to observe Memorial Day! 
Hempstead County trash pick up for Monday, May 29, and Tuesday, May 30 will be picked up on Tuesday, May 30.  Please have it out by 7:00 AM.
