Hogs add Cooper Bowser

FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas has made its first splash in the transfer portal with the addition of Furman forward Cooper Bowser.

Bowser, 6-11, 215, arrived at Arkansas late Sunday night then left Tuesday morning following an official visit. Bowser had previous zoom calls with Texas A&M, Marquette, Miami, Oklahoma State and Providence.

As a junior, Bowser played in 25 games with 22 starts. He averaged 13.8 points and 5.9 rebounds each game. He had 45 assists, 14 steals and 29 blocks on the season. Bowser shot 76.6% from the field and 62.2% from the free throw line. He missed his only 3-point shot he attempted.

Meleek Thomas has entered the 2026 NBA Draft while keeping his college status intact. Karter Knox and D.J. Wagner have entered the transfer portal.
