Ten senior maids, a maid at-large, a flower girl, crown bearer and a queen were presented today an hour before kickoff of Prescott High’s homecoming game against Gurdon.
First, the names of senior maids, their Curley Wolf football player escorts, their fathers or uncles were called out. The maids, dressed in formal dresses of colorful design, were walked toward Cummins Field’s 50-yard-line by their fathers to meet escorts from the football team dressed in their uniforms but with helmets off.
After photos, the maids and their escorts took their places on the field.
After asking the crowd to stand, the announcer presented Queen Nadia Gleason, a senior who said she wants to work either as a dental hygienist or a radiology technician. She was escorted by her father Elbert and Prescott Curley Wolves Quarterback Pierce Yates.
The queen, the maids, the flower girl and crown bearer are each pictured below. The last picture is of the Prescott Homecoming Court in their places of honor next to Cummins Field.
