HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF HOPE 

REQUEST FOR BIDS: 2013 FORD E350 12-PASSENGER BUS 

The Housing Authority of the City of Hope is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) used vehicle, offered "as-is, where-is," with no warranties, express or implied.

Type: 12-Passenger Bus
Features: Equipped with a power handicap lift
Mileage: 63,386 

Bid Requirements: 

1. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "BID ENCLOSED: 2013
FORD E350 BUS". 

2. Bids must include the bidder's full name, address, phone number, and the proposed bid amount. 

3. The Housing Authority of the City of Hope reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Authority. 

4. The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with the removal and transfer of the vehicle. 

5. Payment must be made in full by cashier's check or money order within five (5) business days of bid award notification. 

Vehicle Inspection: Prospective bidders may inspect the vehicle by appointment only. To schedule an inspection, please contact Bonnie Hackler at 870-777-5742, ext. 106, during regular business hours. 

Bid Submission Deadline: Sealed bids must be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Hope no later than 4:00 PM CDT on Friday, July 11, 2025.
