Hope's Scout Troop 5 placed American Flags on
Veteran's graves on Memorial Day at Rose Hill, Cave Hill and Memory Gardens
Cemeteries. The flags are purchased by the Lions, Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs
of Hope. There was a total of about 700 flags placed. Hope Scouts have
been doing this annually for about 30 years. Ed Flagg and Keenan Williams
coordinate the project.
