Blevins- The Hornets (6-11) entered a big conference matchup on Thursday with a 2-3 conference record. The Hornets came out and handled business on Thursday, winning over Mount Ida 65-50 and improving to 3-3 in conference, where they now stand in fourth place in the conference standings. 

Xavier Bazzelle had a huge night scorching the nets for 30 points to lead the Hornets on offense. Rylee Powell scored 13 points for Blevins. The Hornets head to Mineral Springs on Tuesday.
