Hempstead County Sheriff’s Office and the 8th North Drug Task Force executed a search warrant
at a residence in the 600 block of Glenn Street. Officers arrested Raylon Pennington, 38 of Hope,
AR. Mr. Pennington was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to
Deliver (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Maintaining Drug Premises.
Mr. Pennington was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first
court appearance.
an arrest warrant on Teritha Yarbrough, 54 of Emmet, AR. Ms. Yarbrough was charged with
Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility
pending a first court appearance.
