On Monday, January 27th, 2025 at about 3:40pm, detectives with the Hope Police Department arrested Zulema Fernandez, 20 of Dallas, TX at the Nevada County Jail in Prescott, AR for a warrant stemming from an offense in October 2024. Ms. Fernandez was charged with Fraudulent Practices – Controlled Substances and held in the Nevada County Jail pending a first court appearance.

On Tuesday, January 28th, 2025 at about 8:12am, officers with the Hope Police Department
arrested Jeffery Galloway, 34 of Hope, in the 1100 block of West Avenue A. Mr. Galloway was
charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family/Household Member and held at the Hempstead
County Detention Facility awaiting a first court appearance. 

On Wednesday, January 29th, 2025 at about 7:41am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Lucino Narcisco Palma, 41 of Hope, in the 1300 block of Experiment Station Road. Mr. Palma was charged with Rape and Furnishing Prohibited Articles and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility awaiting a first court appearance.
