On Tuesday, January 6th, 2026 at 7:05pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Yavonte Nolen, 31 of Prescott, AR in the 2400 block of North Hervey Street. Mr. Nolen was
charged with Theft of Property, Criminal Trespass and Possession of a Controlled Substance
(Methamphetamine). Mr. Nolen was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility
and held pending a first court appearance.
