The HWL office will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. If there is a water, electric, or internet emergency please call 870-777-3000. If you need to make a payment, you can use the kiosk located inside the first set of double doors, mail your payment to P.O. Box 2020, Hope, AR 71802, pay through Smarthub with one of your electronic devices, or call 870-777-3000 to pay over the telephone.

The HWL Commission meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the HWL office in the conference room. The doors will open at 7:00 a.m. If you have any questions, please let me know.
