Judge Crane has proudly represented Hempstead County for the past six years, working tirelessly to ensure that local government operates with integrity, efficiency, and a strong focus on the needs of residents.

“I am honored to serve the citizens of Hempstead County, and I am proud of the progress we’ve made together,” said Judge Crane. “From strengthening our infrastructure and supporting economic development, to ensuring responsible county budgeting and improving services for our families, my focus has always been on building a stronger Hempstead County. I want to continue working for the people who have placed their trust in me.”

Throughout his tenure, Judge Crane has emphasized transparency, accountability, and accessibility in county government. His leadership has guided Hempstead County through challenges while creating opportunities for growth and stability.

“I believe Hempstead County has a bright future, and I am committed to working every day to make our county the best place to live, work, and raise a family,” Crane said. “My mission to serve others has taken many forms over the years, but I have never faltered; whether wearing the uniform of a soldier in Vietnam, the badge of sheriff in Hempstead County, or now serving as County Judge. None of this would have been possible without God in my life and the support of the people of Hempstead County,”Judge Crane said.
