Junior Apprentice Day at the Blacksmith Shop, September 6
(WASHINGTON, Ark.) - On Saturday, September 6, beginning at 9 a.m. join park blacksmiths and the Four State Iron Munchers blacksmithing club for our Junior Apprentice Day at Historic Washington State Park! Participants of all ages will be able to work with and learn from various smiths as they do projects on forges set up adjacent to the James Black Shop. The event is come and go and will last till 4pm.

 Reservations are required. Admission is FREE. Contact the park visitor center at 870-983-2684 to register.
