FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas sophomore wing Karter Knox will enter the transfer portal when it opens on April 7.
Knox played in 58 games with 42 starts in his two seasons with Arkansas. He missed the final 15 games this past season following knee surgery.
Knox will have two seasons remaining at his new school. Knox tested the draft waters following his freshman season, but then opted to return for another year with the Razorbacks. Knox was a preseason All-SEC second-team pick, but struggled before his injury.
This season, Knox averaged 22.2 minutes per game. He averaged 8.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 0.7 steal and 0.5 block per game. He shot 46% from the field, 37.7% from deep and 72.7% at the free throw line.
As a freshman in ’24-25, he averaged 8.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.0 assist in 24.0 minutes per contest while shooting 46.2% from the field, including 35.0% from 3, and 80.2% from the free throw line in 36 games.
Arkansas senior Malique Ewin has applied for another year of eligibility and is awaiting word on the waiver.
