Taking the crown as Miss Nevada County this year is Kyla Joseph, a student who attends Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She said after the evening pageant that when she heard her name called, she was shocked. “I’ve been competing three times in this division. So it felt good.”
With the win, Joseph said she is now looking forward to competing in the state fair pageant.
The first part of the pageant began just after 10:30 a.m. And the following results were announced.
