Spring Hill- The Lady Bears dropped a hard-fought game to Horatio at home on Friday 43-32. The Lady Bears led after the 1st quarter 11-7, but the the Lady Lions heated up in the 2nd quarter, outscoring the Lady Bears 14-9 to take a 1-point lead into the break. 

In the second half, Spring Hill couldn't buy a bucket, only scoring 14 total points in the 2nd half, as they would run out of time, falling to Horatio 43-32. 

Ava McBrayer led the Lady Bears in scoring with 15 points. Knightley Porter poured in 7 points and Zoey Varner added 6. Anna Flowers hit a 3-pointer and Layla Cantwell added 1 point. 

Spring Hill is back in action on Monday as they travel to Harmony Grove.
