In a game that was back and forth early on, with Blevins taking a 1-point lead at the break, the Lady Hornets pulled away in the 2nd half for a 54-37 win over Nevada. 

Majesty Manning led the way for Blevins with 18 points, as she showed out in the 2nd half and really got the tempo going for the Lady Hornets. R'Moni Jamerson poured in 16 points and had a lot of rebounds for Blevins down low. Kentana Williamson and Neveah Johnson each scored 7 points with Amya Phillips scoring 6 points. 

For the Lady Jays, Gabby Evans poured in a team-high 16 points. Zyirhun Vines scored 11 points and sister Zyirannah scored 6 points. Alisha Gulley added 3 points. In the Jr. Girls game, Lady Jay Devan Griffith poured in a game-high 23 points. 

With the win, Blevins improves to 6-0 in conference play. Nevada falls to 1-4 in league play. These teams will play again on Feb. 3.
