Lady Jays Improve to 3-1 in Conference Play with Road Win Over Foreman
Foreman- The Lady Jays have been showcasing a high-level brand of volleyball as of late, winning a tough 5-set match on the road against the Lady Gators. After winning the opening set 25-19, Foreman would proceed to win the next two sets, putting Nevada in a tough spot, needing to win the next two sets to win the match. 

Nevada showed their resilience, winning the 4th set 25-21 to force a 5th and deciding set. The Lady Jays came away with an impressive 15-12 win in the final set, improving their conference record to 3-1. 

Zette Brown served up 13 aces and added 4 big time kills at the net, along with a block. CJ McCallie and Alisha Gulley each had 10 aces. CJ added a block and a dig. Savannah Fields had 2 kills, 3 aces, and a dig, while Addie Ridling and Gabby Evans each had 2 aces. Bella English and Reese Hughey each added 1 kill. 

The Lady Jays are back at home Thursday for a match with Lafayette Co. 

In the jr. girls game, Nevada dropped a tough game 17-25 and 20-25. Raelyn Sampson had a great game with 7 aces and 4 digs. Jayde Murry had 3 aces and 2 digs. Claire Fore added 1 kill and 1 ace. Annabeth Hunt, McKenna Carrillo each had an ace, with Bailey Raney adding 2 digs and Fiona Srebalus adding 1 dig.
