Progress continues on the new water tank serving the Patmos area as Southwest Arkansas Water Systems work to improve service for local residents. While the tank is not yet complete, officials report that there is currently ample water pressure being supplied to meet customer needs.

As the project moves forward, customers in the Patmos area who are preparing for service will need to have a line installed from the meter to their home. This installation must include a pressure reducing valve as well as a ball valve. Once completed, the system will require an inspection before service can begin.
