Current board president, Deanna Gilbert stated, “We are excited to launch the search for a new director.  We appreciate Beckie Moore serving as our interim director for the past 5 months.  She will remain on the board of directors to help during this transitional period.”

Thanks to grant funds, SWAAC will be able to provide an artist on campus during the upcoming UAHT Kids’ College.  Grant funds will also allow an artist to lead and direct the upcoming Star Academy play.   The new SWAAC director should be able to start with the plans already in place, and then work alongside the board to create new programs, activities, and events for the schools and the entire community.
