LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Special Prosecuting Attorney Robbie Jones will not pursue charges against North Little Rock Mayor Terry Hartwick.

In a letter to 6th Circuit Judge Hugh Finkelstein dated April 23, 2026, Jones said that evidence does not support filing charges against the mayor.

At the request of the North Little Rock Police Department, the Arkansas State Police Special Investigations Unit opened an investigation into allegations made against Hartwick in December 2025. After investigating allegations, special agents submitted a case file to the prosecutor.
