(WASHINGTON, Ark.) – Enjoy a romantic evening with someone special at Williams' Tavern Restaurant on Friday, February 13. A surrey ride begins the evening at 5 p.m. Dinner and entertainment will follow at 6 p.m. Guests will be seated family style with other guests.
