Letitia J. Burchette

Letitia J. Burchette was born June 26, 1962 at Howard Memorial Hospital in Nashville, Arkansas to the late Rev. Jewell Dean Burchette and Sis. Minnie Lee Burchette. 

She attended Mineral Springs School in Mineral Springs, Arkansas.  She was employed by Bradenton Herald Newspaper Co. in Florida and Silverline Windows and Doors in Lithia Springs, GA.  Her passions were singing, sewing, traveling and she loved lending a helping hand to others.  She professed her Christianity at an early age and continued giving God His praise.  She loved talking about the goodness of the Lord.

She leaves in Life 2 sons:  Nekeaii Zyonta Burchette of Nash, TX and Doiytanyon Alvarez of Lithia Springs, GA; one daughter, Tekitia Letitia Burchette of Forney, TX; 2 grandchildren, Kyla Burchette and Kameron Burchette; one special aunt raised like a sister, Velma Jones (Cleavell) of Mineral Springs, AR; two sisters: Veronica Roberts (Rev. Billy Ray Roberts, Sr.) of Texarkana, AR and Denise Coulter of Mineral Springs, AR; 4 brothers:  Rev. Arthur Coulter, Sr. (JoAnn) of Mineral Springs, AR, Jerry Burchette, Sr. of Nashville, AR, Rev. Julian Burchette (Tina) of Mineral Springs, AR, Dennis Burchette, Sr. (Linda) of Hooks, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be 12-5pm, wake 5-6pm Friday at the funeral home.  Funeral service will be 2:30pm Saturday, October 19 at F.T. Jeans C.M.E. Church in Tollette.  Interment will be at Bethel Cemetery in Mineral Springs, AR.  Arrangements entrusted to Hicks Funeral Home, Inc.
