Monthly ACCESS meetings begin

Hope & Hempstead County Economic Development Corperation in partnership with Arkansas Economic Development Institute will be having it’s monthly ACCESS meeting this Thursday, August 15th at Hempstead Hall.

We “highly encourage” all Hempstead County citizens to attend.

ACCESS is a grassroots, adaptable community assessment program that assist communities in developing sustainable & innovative approaches to economic growth and better quality of life in our city & county.
