Nurse Practitioner Arrested and Charged with Voyeurism
An observant 14-year-old female reportedly found a hidden camera in a bathroom that led to the arrest of a Nurse Practitioner for voyeurism Thursday.
According to Hempstead County Sheriff James Singleton, on Thursday, November 7, HCSO Investigators concluded their investigation into claims by a 14-year-old female who reported located a hidden camera that looked like a cell phone charger which was plugged in in a bathroom where she was going to take a shower. The incident reportedly occurred on October 23, 2019.
Deputies and investigators went to Blevins where they located and arrested Justice West, 29, a Blevins resident and, according to the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, a practicing Nurse Practitioner. West was charged with voyeurism, a class D felony and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center to await his first court appearance. According to the Hempstead County Sheriff’s Office, West was released from custody at around 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 8.
