REFLECTIONS OF EDDIE WHITE

Eddie White, a beloved resident of Nashville, Arkansas, passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 82. He was born on August 16, 1942, in Ben Lomond, Arkansas, to the late Snoe Belle Graves-Grundy.

On November 3, 1962, he married the late Wilma Bradley White. To this union, one son, Garland, was born, and two bonus sons, Elton and Jeff, were embraced as his own. Eddie was a devoted fan of his favorite NFL team—the Dallas Cowboys. He was known for being the life of the party and deeply loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma White; mother, Snoe Belle Graves-Grundy; brothers: Leon White Sr., Nathaniel White Sr., Elton Wayne Chambers, Milton Grundy Jr., and Terry Grundy; and sisters: Betty White and Salina Marshall.

Eddie is survived by his children: Garland (Kim) White, Elton Jones, and Jeff Jones; grandchildren: Rochelle White, Orlando White, Deshawn (Keisha) White, De Vario Lewis, Jasmine McClindon, and Chris'Shawn Jones; great-grandchildren: Tra'Arius Olden, AK Olden, Devon Mays, Tatiana Mays, Santana Swift, Mia White, Orlando White Jr., and Jojo Steed; siblings: Jean Dawson and Eleanor White, both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.
