Ann Johnson (Watkins)

Ann Johnson (Watkins)

Many people find the thought of their own death very frightening.  As a result, the majority of people try to avoid thinking about the possibility of their death.  Every person must eventually die.  To avoid ever thinking about death is to avoid facing an event that ultimately must face to happen.  Ann Johnson did not fear death, she embraced the thought of going to heaven to be with GOD and Jesus Christ.  She was a firm believer in the after life and she knew, based on the blood of Jesus Christ, she was saved and would go to heaven.

Ann married Eugene W. Johnson in July 1957 in El Paso, Texas. Ann was a homemaker and was happily married for 41 years.  Ann was Secretary of Chi Omega Sorority, Vice President of CO-ED Council and member of Alpha Pai Omega, Pan American, WAA and the Wesley Foundation.
