Ben Earl Morgan Jr.
Ben Earl Morgan Jr., affectionately called “Earl,” was the son of Ben Earl Morgan Sr. and Ruth Booker Stallworth. He was born on November 30, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan, and was a proud graduate of Mackenzie High School in Detroit. Earl moved to Hope, Arkansas, in 1986 to be with his mother. Over the years, he worked at Bruner-Ivory Handle Co., Champion Parts, and Brentwood Industries. Earl cherished talking on the phone with family and friends and had a tradition of reading his newspaper every Sunday morning.
Ben Earl Morgan Jr. departed this life on November 26, 2024, at the age of 68, at Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas. May his memory live on in our hearts forever.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jerry Bishop.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Tanjanika Morrison; one grandson, Jherrod Dixon Jr.; three sisters, Estelita Morgan of Phoenix, AR, Wanda Koontz of Fulton, AR, and Laquita Miller of Stockton, CA; one brother, Terry Bishop of Hope, AR; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
