Betty Cowell, 83, of Hope passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022.

Betty was born August 14, 1939 to C.E. and Murtie Sutton Worthey in Blevins, AR. Betty was a homemaker who loved to garden, hunt, and fish. She was a member of Holly Grove Church. 

Betty is preceded by her parents, C.E. and Murtie Worthey; and husband, Benny Cowell.

Betty is survived by her two daughters, Patty Stuhr and Donna Walton (Tim); grandson, Heath Stuhr (Taylor) and great-grandchildren Loxley, Asher, and Jaxx; grandson, Zachary Stuhr (Kylie) and great-grandchildren Kynslee and Collier; granddaughter, Briget Stokes (Danny) and great-granddaughter Olivia; sister, Elizabeth Harden; and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Graveside service is scheduled 10:00 am Friday, December 9, 2022 at Holly Grove Cemetery.
